Not for everyone.
I photograph weddings exclusively in black and white.
No colour galleries • No alternative edits • No compromises.
Not because black and white is nostalgic.
But because it strips a photograph down to what matters most:
people • relationships • emotion • presence
I do not direct weddings and I do not create moments.
I do not ask you to perform for the camera.
My role is not to turn your wedding into a photoshoot.
My role is to pay attention.
To the moments that cannot be repeated.
The glance across a crowded room.
The nervous silence before the ceremony.
The laughter that arrives unexpectedly.
The quiet exhaustion at the end of a long day.
The things that are remembered years later.
What interests me is not perfection.
It is presence.
The photographs you receive are created in the same visual language that defines all of my work: documentary, observational, and honest.
This approach is not for everyone.
If you are looking for extensive posing, romantic sunset sessions, or carefully orchestrated couple portraits, I am probably not the right photographer for your wedding.
But if you value authenticity over perfection and presence over performance, we may be a good match.
Your wedding.
As it happened.
As it felt.
If this resonates with you, get in touch.
I work across Austria and Europe and would be happy to learn more about your plans and discuss whether my way of seeing is the right fit for your day.
